Client Service Representatives
Do you need personalized assistance from the Missouri Department of Higher Education?
The MDHE has four staff working in the field and available to help you! Services offered by the client services staff include:
- Personalized assistance for the financial aid office, including training and assistance with processing issues or policy questions. The MDHE’s client services staff are knowledgeable about state aid and the FAMOUS system as well as about student loans, ATOM processes, and the MODEL Direct system.
- Assistance for high school counselors. MDHE client service representatives can assist with financial aid night presentations, college fairs, and other events and services for students and parents.
