RTEC/1456 Sites*: A CBHE-approved off-campus location where formal instruction takes place. Revenue sources to support this site, in whole or part, include a state general revenue subsidy, such as technical education (RTEC) funds, HB 1456 appropriations, and other state general revenue allocation.
