COTA-AC Election Results
Thank you for voting in the COTA-AC election. Voting for the COTA-AC election ended on May 15. Below you will find the results of the election. Each of the members elected will serve three year terms ending in June 2011.
As noted on the voting site COTA-AC is committed to maintaining sector diversity. As a result, COTA-AC determined that the Proprietary/Independent Two-Year candidate with the highest number of votes would also be elected to COTA-AC.
The candidate with the third highest number of votes will serve as an alternate. Should a member of COTA-AC not be able to or not wish to finish their term the alternate would be appointed to fill the position, assuming sector integrity is maintained. Furthermore, as there is only one Proprietary/Independent Two-Year member of COTA, the other Proprietary/Independent Two-Year candidate will serve as an alternate for that member should they not be able or not wish to finish their term.
