Gregory Upchurch
Gregory Upchurch practices in the General Business Litigation and Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Groups in the Saint Louis office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC. He was appointed by Governor Matt Blunt on January 20, 2005.
Mr. Upchurch concentrates his practice in the areas of intellectual property litigation and licensing, as well as patent application prosecution involving the electrical, mechanical, biomedical and software fields. He is an adjunct professor at Washington University Law School, where he teaches intellectual property litigation and technology licensing. Mr. Upchurch is an accomplished trial attorney; he has argued patent and trademark cases in all levels of the state and federal court systems. He is frequently invited to speak on intellectual property issues and has contributed to the legal interests of the state.
In addition to the Missouri Bar, he is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the American Association for Advancement of Science. Mr. Upchurch holds a B.S., M.S.E.E. and a professional degree from the University of Missouri-Rolla and a J.D. from Yale University.
