- Comment/feedback on products - month of March, 2009
- Draft national literature review
- Draft assessment practices review
- Dissemination plan and communication plans
- Policy recommendations and possible pilot projects and impact studies (maybe an RFP?) - May 1, 2009
- Full report to the Commissioner of Higher Education - June 1, 2009
