Loan Status Update Form Instructions

The Missouri Department of Higher Education (MDHE) Loan Status Update Form is for use by lenders, schools, and servicers for reporting data or data changes on Federal Family Education Loans (FFEL) that are guaranteed by the MDHE.

MODEL Direct may also be used to post change transactions directly to the MDHE’s system, realtime. Or, CommonLine Change Send Transaction Files (CTSFs) are also an option. For more information about how to establish an electronic change transaction process with the MDHE, contact your MDHE client service representative.

If you choose to process your change transactions via paper, you may mail, fax, or email completed forms to the MDHE.
