What's New with MODEL Direct

The Missouri Department of Higher Education (MDHE) and its servicer, American Student Assistance (ASA), continually work to enhance our electronic products and business processes by migrating system enhancements into production every few months. The most recent release occurred in June 2008 and included regulatory and other industry changes that were effective July 1, 2008.

MODEL Direct processing hours for 2008-09
Sunday: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST
Monday - Thursday: 4 a.m. - 10 p.m. CST
Friday and Saturday: 24 hours a day
