Certification to Operate a Postsecondary School in Missouri

The applications for certification to operate in Missouri for purposes of delivering instruction in the state, for recruiting students to an out-of-state school or for exemption from certification standards are not available electronically. If you wish to receive an application, please complete this form and submit it to the department. We will forward a complete application packet to you, usually within one week. If there are questions about your request, department staff may contact you for additional information and guidance.
