We can help! The MDHE offers free, customized training on industry topics for Missouri's Financial Aid Officers (FAOs), high school counselors and other audiences. To arrange for a speaker, contact your MDHE client service representative, or send a request to info@dhe.mo.gov.

Financial Aid Basics
An ideal presentation for newcomers in financial aid, this training explains the different student financial aid programs, as well as practices and procedures common to campus financial aid offices.

• Life of a Loan - follow the responsibility of borrowers, secondary markets, servicers, guarantors, and the Department of Education in administering the Federal Family Educational Loan Program (FFELP).
