Strategic Planning Documents

The FY 2006 strategic planning documents for Missouri's higher education system represent commitments of the Coordinating Board for Higher Education and its administrative arm, the Missouri Department of Higher Education to align its work with state and institutional priorities with a focus on priority results for preparation, participation and performance excellence. This strategic plan is intended as a dynamic document, subject to periodic revision as it sets a foundation for prioritizing statewide agendas and tracking system effectiveness.
